How do I Book?

Tickets can be purchased online at the following location:

Delegate places are limited so we recommend you book early.

Delegate tickets include entrance to the conference, social event & breakfast.

Delegate tickets are priced:

Early Booking Discount – for bookings before 1st March 2010

• £195 + VAT MD & SEMPO Member Rate
• £225 + VAT Non Member Rate

Standard Rate Bookings – all bookings 1st March onwards

• £250 + VAT MD & SEMPO Member Rate
• £275 + VAT Non Member Rate

Payment can be made by credit card or invoice (payment must be received in advance of the event).

All cancellations must be made by e-mail to nicky@dontpanicprojects.com and no later than 01 April 2010. Such cancellations are subject to an administration charge of £75 + VAT which will be
deducted from any due refund or invoice as appropriate. Any cancellations after 1 April will be charged at the full rate but a substitute delegate can be nominated.
